5 Months Old

Landry is officially 5 months old. Time flies when you are having fun. One of his newest things to try is to eat rice cereal from a spoon. Oddly enough, he seems to like it alot. If you pause too long between bites, he reaches out to grab the spoon. I am pretty sure it doesn't taste that good, but I think that he would eat anything. He is also trying to sit up on his own. He puts his hands in front of him to support himself. He weighs about 17 pounds now and he is growing up too fast for me.

This is his first time in his high chair getting ready to eat with a spoon for the first time.

Daddy fed his some....
And Mommy fed him some.
I think he was finally full. A little messy, but not too bad for his first time.
He smiles and laughs alot, but it is hard to catch it on camera.
Landry on his first Valentine's Day laying on his new puppy from Mommy and Daddy. Sorry Landry, it's not a real puppy. I am sure you will be asking for one soon.

He loves his feet. They can go in his mouth now. His cousin, Morgan, thinks it is gross :)

Another smile. He loves his comb over. Troy is ready to cut that hair. He said that he was too young to already have a comb over.
This is now his pull up bar. Sometimes he actually puts both hands up and pulls himself up off the seat.
As I said...he loves those feet.

Mr. Hot Stuff!! Cute onesie from Aunt Melanie.

One of his first attempts to sit up.

A few days later he was already getting better.

Family Picture

These are a few of the pictures that my sister, Mellissa, took at the park a few weekends ago. We got so many good pictures, but these are a few of the favorites. Enjoy!

This is one of the pictures that was taken at Mellissa's when I was at work. One of the many that I love. We are so lucky to have a photographer in the family. Landry loves to show off his double chin :)

Rolling Over

Landry has been rolling over from his stomach to his back for over a month now, but was never really been that interested in rolling over from his back to his stomach...that was until a week ago. He started trying about a week ago, but would get stuck. It took him about 2 days to figure it out and on Superbowl Sunday, Feb 1, he finally did it. This video is about the 3rd or 4th time for him to do it and of course that is ESPN in the background. It took him awhile to figure out how to pull his arm out after he rolls over, but now he does it much easier. It is so funny, because now that he knows how to do it, he rolls over and over and over. We have to watch him very carefully. He is quite mobile for a 4 month old. I am still trying to figure out if that is good or bad??

Morgan holding Landry on Superbowl Sunday. Morgan told me that Landry is her hero and her best friend :)

Joseph holding Landry.

Landry laying on my baby quilt. My Grandma had this made for me when I was a baby and now Landry gets to enjoy it.
This is what I came home to after my volleyball game last week. I guess Daddy wore Landry out. Yes...I have not played in about a year, so I was hurting for a few days, but it was alot of fun. I can't wait to do it again next week.

Landry's new toy from my mom's coworker, Don. As you can see, he loves it. Thank you Don.
His feet can barely touch the ground, so he likes us to roll him around on tile.

This is his "I'm Pooped" look. He was resting up before his pictures today. My sister took our family pictures today. I can't wait to see them.
